"Koch und Kellner" has existed since July 1997 - the philosophy of the restaurant is best described as: Just enjoy! We offer original cuisne and matching wines. This seemingly simple idea has been enthusiastically embraced by guests. Full of light, the restaurant exudes an atmosphere of summer enjoyment even in the darkest winter. The furnishings are stylish, but here is still a relaxed atmosphere.

Dining

Without a shadow of doubt, Nuremberg’s most famous food export is the Nürnberger Rostbratwurst. No bigger than your finger, you can order 6, 8, 10 or 12 of these sausages, which are in most cases served with sauerkraut or potato salad. If you’re feeling a bit peckish in between meals, why not try a “3 im Weggla” (3 sausages in a roll), which is generally garnished with mustard. Or if you’re in the mood for a hearty meal, how about sampling the delights on Franconian menus, which traditionally include “Schäuferle mit Kloss und Soss” (roasted pork shoulder with dumplings and gravy) or Sauerbraten (marinated beef). You can’t come to Nuremberg and not try the local delicacies!
