Experience classic Italian cooking at Bardolino. Fine appetizers and homemade pasta, seafood and meat dishes are all traditional parts of the menu. Over the course of the year, Bardolino also presents culinary "theme" weeks, suich as Gargano, Venice, fish, steak or Tuscany week.

Dining

Without a shadow of doubt, Nuremberg’s most famous food export is the Nürnberger Rostbratwurst. No bigger than your finger, you can order 6, 8, 10 or 12 of these sausages, which are in most cases served with sauerkraut or potato salad. If you’re feeling a bit peckish in between meals, why not try a “3 im Weggla” (3 sausages in a roll), which is generally garnished with mustard. Or if you’re in the mood for a hearty meal, how about sampling the delights on Franconian menus, which traditionally include “Schäuferle mit Kloss und Soss” (roasted pork shoulder with dumplings and gravy) or Sauerbraten (marinated beef). You can’t come to Nuremberg and not try the local delicacies!
